Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a return.
  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns, nor do we refund original shipping costs.
  • Once your return is approved and processed, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be issued.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy:

    • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the original purchase date.
    • While you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item, we will cover shipping fees for the new exchanged item.
    • The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
    • Each order is limited to one exchange.

Amazon Shop Products:

Products purchased through our Amazon store are subject to Amazon’s return policy. Please refer to Amazon’s return guidelines for specific instructions and requirements. For assistance with Amazon-related returns, you may contact Amazon’s customer service directly or reach out to us for guidance.

Dropshipping Products:

  • For items marked as “Dropshipping Products” on our website:
  • Returns and exchanges must comply with the supplier’s return policy.
  • Shipping costs for returns may vary based on the supplier’s terms.
  • Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once the supplier approves the return.
  • Please contact us at info@shopetha.com to initiate a return or exchange for dropshipping items, and we will provide instructions specific to the supplier’s policy.

Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. The following items are ineligible for return or exchange: 
    • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or stained.
    • Items with any odors, such as smoke or pet odors.
    • Items that have already been exchanged.
    • Refused shipments during delivery.
    • Final sale items.
